As a firm believer of growing and moving out of your comfort zone, I took the plunge in June 2021 to move to Toronto from Singapore, amidst the pandemic.

I am a Creative Operations Manager with over ten years of experience leading creative production and operations across global markets from large-scale ad campaigns to brand content systems. After two years as an Integrated Producer at Veradek Outdoor, I was promoted to Creative Operations Manager, where I now lead campaigns end-to-end: from conceptualization and creative brainstorming to execution including shoots, post-production, and delivery of assets across paid and digital channels, as well as packaging, print, and other collateral projects, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.

Previously, I honed my production expertise at top agencies (Havas, BBDO, Iris, TBWA), producing campaigns for global brands including Singapore Airlines, Google, and Spotify. These experiences shaped my ability to manage vendors, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver exceptional work under budget without compromising quality.

I thrive at the intersection of creative storytelling and operational precision, building processes that make creativity scalable and measurable. I am passionate about leveraging strategy and data to ensure every project not only looks great but drives real impact whether that’s improving ROAS, increasing engagement, or strengthening brand growth.
